You will provide comprehensive project management and general management support across various engineering projects. As you work with our engineering managers and sales managers you will ensure superior customer satisfaction and excellence from all team players.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage job sites associated with new installations and/or relocations of equipment and/or systems for manufacturing environments.
- Effective planning, control, and monitoring of all aspects of the project.
- Regular and accurate project reporting to the Program Manager.
- Produce ongoing documentation & estimates in support of orders on the project.
- Act as liaison between the client's jobsite personnel and our Program Manager
- Contribute to profitable business operations by strong contract management, cost tracking and financial control between subcontractors, equipment and plant suppliers.
- Act as a positive company ambassador to clients and external vendors, both onsite and as appropriate.
- Ensure safety compliance and procedural adherence and take action when procedures are not followed.
- Assist in redefining, improving and ensuring all on-site contract controls, labor management and engineering standards are met.
Other information
Experience:
- 4+ years of experience managing mechanical and electrical engineering projects involving installations of production equipment.
- Strong general experience of mechanical engineering.
- Strong project management skills, including negotiating, planning, estimating, costing and quoting.
- Experience managing a small team and controlling, organizing and motivating internal labor resources and sub-contractors.
- Expertise controlling procedures from inception to post-commissioning.
- Project Management qualification highly desired

This position is U.S.-based remote with approximately 85% travel. Willingness to travel and remain on client sites for extended periods as needed is imperative.
