Seeking a high-energy, relationship-driven, and growth-minded Regional Sales Manager to expand
our business in designated regions across the United States. This individual will be responsible for
both new business development and account management, ensuring sustained growth and longterm
customer success. This role requires a strategic approach to sales, strong relationship
management skills, and a commitment to delivering customer-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan within an assigned regional territory
- Identify and engage potential customers in CPG manufacturing, industrial manufacturing, household, & personal care goods sectors
- Drive the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing and post-sale account management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and end-users within customer organizations.
- Collaborate closely with the applications engineering team to assess and qualify opportunities, ensuring tailored solutions
- Utilize CRM and sales tools, including HubSpot, Apollo.io, Meet Alfred, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Conduct on-site visits (~50% travel required) to assess customer needs, strengthen relationships, and facilitate project development.
- Meet and exceed KPIs related to pipeline growth, sales conversions, project wins, and account expansion
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven sales experience in business development and account management, preferably in automation, robotics or industrial manufacturing.
- Strong prospecting skills, with the ability to engage customers through multiple channels such as cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, and industry events.

- Ability to manage complex sales cycles, working with multiple stakeholders to drive relationship.
- Effective Communicator, knowing how to engage, listen and present value clearly.

- Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned region, some international, as required for business development and customer engagement.
